And then a new book by my hero, Melissa Hartwig. Food Freedom Forever.. that is what I am striving for and have however to achieve. The book is thoughtfully written and even although I have currently study all of her books I still really feel it is a beneficial addition to my Whole30 arsenal. She rocks!
The style arena for mature women that as soon as incorporated muumuu dresses and ugly grandma sweaters is fortunately extended gone! Today’s mature woman feels, thinks, and appears younger than her age.
